Assuming a sniper’s position on the 32nd floor of The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, armed with numerous rifles, apparently fully automatic although this has not been confirmed, victim and Martyr Stephen opened fire indiscriminately on 22,000 humans who were gathered on the open ground of the Las Vegas strip listening to the Route 91 Harvest Festival country music concert.
